Statement of Ethical Principles
EpiLogic Consulting strives to abide by the following principles:
- We will treat all our clients with honesty, openness and respect.
- We will treat our employees and contractors with respect. They will be paid a fair wage for the work provided. Employees will also share in the profits of the company.
- We will seek to avoid doing work directly for defense contractors, weapons manufacturers, companies exploiting third-world workers, and companies involved in massive environmental damage.
- We will seek to lessen our impact on the environment. We will reduce the amount of paper that we and our clients use. When commuting less than five miles to our offices and clients we will use a bicycle as often as possible.
- We donate 10% of our after tax profits to charitable or non-profit organizations.
We also are developing an IT Industry and the Environment initiative.
