  A tool to help you calculate your Canadian Mortgage. Excel includes a function for calculating ordinary loan payments (when the loan is compounded at every payment period). However Canadian mortgages are compounded semi-annually even though the payments are monthly. This spreadsheet contains a special function for calculating Canadian mortgages.
