Who is Westcoast Treehugger?

This question has been plaguing people for a least a couple of weeks now.  Who is this mysterious fellow?  What about the reports that we was seen speaking on the Denver television evening news during the WTO protests back in 1999? Some claim to have seen him riding his bike around a small city in the pacific northwest.  Other say they have seen him hanging out at a local anarchist collective.  Still others say that they have seen him talking with people in the Pulp and Paper Workers union. Is it true he actually has an MBA from a well respected international business school?

As for Westcoast himself he says, "Hey, I am just an average American who drives my roommate's fuel efficient car to church every Sunday."  But if that is true why does he have more than one passport?
