To help you record incidents you can download a notice form.  The top half can be given to drivers or placed on their windshield.  The bottom half of the form can be used by you to record details of the incident.

This is an independent, grassroots project designed to empower communities rather than institutions of power. However if you want to work with the police follow these steps:
1. If you are harassed by a car, and you call 911 within 10 minutes, the police will dispatch an officer to find the driver.
2. If you are unable to phone within 10 minutes call 604.717.2997 -the VPD driving complaint office. They will send a letter to the owner of the vehicle.
3. You can also file a complaint with the Motor Vehicle Branch by calling 604.661.6844.
4. You may also want to contact ICBC at 604.661.2800

(This research came from Lisa D. at BEST)

A future version of this website will include a self-serve entry form to record incidents.  In the meantime you can email incidents to us and we will add them to the database.
